This company was founded on certain core values and the philosophy that "it shouldn't suck to come to work", but all of that is slowly changing with the new CEO. Typical with this type of change is new people brought aboard with very high salaries and employees who've been around for years are let go. VERY top heavy and a HUGE gap in salaries; ie. management salaries are on the HIGH end of their range while the busy bee workers are LOW on their range scale. Promises made by old regime are not fulfilled by the new one. Same rules do not apply to those coming in since new CEO; ie. working remotely, hours in the office, vacation days/sick time not deducted when not in the office while the rest have to deduct even if coming in a 1/2 hour late, etc.
