The senior leadership team is among the best I’ve worked with, and I’m learning constantly from them. Being part of an AI-first organization, we’re at the forefront of AI integration, and that’s both exciting and a huge growth opportunity for me. The culture is filled with great people who are genuinely passionate about the product. One challenge at Billtrust is the sheer number of priorities happening all at once, which creates a high workload. It’s not uncommon to have very early mornings and late nights. While I personally find the work meaningful and exciting, this pace might not be for everyone. Additionally, the company is ambitious and eager to move quickly, which means a constant drive to meet aggressive goals—something that may feel intense for some.
