There’s a strong sense of teamwork, and people are always willing to help each other out. It’s a positive environment that makes coming to work feel rewarding.

One of the biggest challenges is the lack of consistency from upper management. Priorities and direction can change frequently, which often results in redoing work or completing tasks that end up not being used. This can make it difficult to stay on track and feel productive. Additionally, compensation is below industry standards, with limited opportunities for meaningful raises or bonuses, which can be discouraging over time.
