Company is growing very fast - you need to be excellent and motivated to keep up - not the place to sit comfortably and wait for opportunities - you work for it and you get rewarded. (I don't really see this as a Con myself but it could be for certain people)

Niche industry, solid product market fit, not a lot of competition

Leadership is overly corporate and near sighted.
