      Working at Binary stream is so much exciting. Learning is continuous. Working on ERP is challenging and exciting as well. If you are a performer, a quick learner, and passionate about your work, you get to climb up for sure. A lot of opportunities inside the company itself. Processes are very good and also work-life balance. Management is awesome. I bet you cannot find such management in the Chandigarh region.

      No cons. People are good to work with. Like family. Small issues exist everywhere but the positives overshadow any other petty issue.

In general, our process includes an annual review of market salary data in order to ensure our people are being paid fairly and we are in line with the market for tech companies in our region and of similar size.
