My franchise NEVER compromises my safety and really cares about their employees. Truely feel like I'm making a difference in the world. Clients often cry and thank me. Sometimes tips. Hours can be flexible if needed.

Small franchises owned by different owners create different work environments. So other offices can reflect badly on to us. Physically demanding work at times. And cleaning some pretty gross things. So turn over sucks because lots of people can't hack it. No Benefits, and there is only so far you can climb in a small business.
