Good scenery, good coworkers. That’s about all.

Management is disorganized and tries running a paper mill without spending any money to buy the supplies needed to do the job. Salaried won’t listen to the hourly workers recommendations. Job is E&I but management will have you only doing electrical or inst on day shift but when you’re forced on shift you’ll have to do both with probably not much experience in the other side of the trade which is unsafe. Pay is low for the industry, barely get any PTO and no paid holidays. No 401K match until after 1 year of service and even then it’s not very much.
