You will be expected to do the work of three people for the salary of less than one, and you will never have the things you need to do your work. in return you will be treated as though you're nothing. The only reason people stay is because they don't have any other options. If you're desperate it's better than nothing, but if you have a job, just don't do it.

One can learn a great deal of commercial processing of pharmaceuticals. Have great team building exercises.

Svantaggi

Fast Paced, Less Salary. Older employees have tendency to stay is groups that cannot be penetrated, since they do not open up to new employees easily.

Employees are pleasant! The cleaning crew keeps the place spotless. Great location near major highways. A good place to get your feet wet in the industry. Just not ideal for the long haul.

Upon my arrival the newly appointed Manager put in his resignation and several mechanics threatened to leave. I did my research and they have a terrible turnover rate. I've never even been around a facility so unorganized and I organized companies for a living. Poor management of supplies and materials. Terrible communication between management and workers. Terrible pay for their product line workers. Senior in my department was stealing my work and reporting to management that I didn't complete any assignments.(He kept a journal of all his work and he included mine). I did not have the proper tools to complete my work.(the facility had 1 Phillips screw driver in my department.(I'm serious, the others were damaged or broken) The facility needs updating( not sure how they pass inspection). Employees donor respect the executives. Managers are constantly stressed because they don't have what they need on a daily basis to succeed.
