We used to have... Christmas Events/Gifts Paid Catering LTIP benefits for all employees Quarterly bonuses Regular promotion cycles A leadership team/HR team that was on site and knew your name Now we have none of that and it all began with the entry of our newest CEO. He doesn't want anyone to post reviews on glassdoor and would rather have us go straight to him, but we have done that. We have directly asked him all of our questions and concerns at any of the off site town halls that are conducted. We are met with dodgy answers and aggression. He wonders how his being CEO has changed company culture but doesn't seem to understand that the only impression that he's made since joining the company has negatively impacted us. Confidently speaks about saving millions for the company by cutting our lunch program and bonuses. Are we supposed to hear that and say, "Thank you! Good job!"? This is why people don't speak to him. It makes no sense to try. And now, without words or explanation, we don't have any of that stuff mentioned above. When asked about attrition, he said he fully expected people to leave. I don't know where the company is headed but it was a dream when I started.
