I have seen suck up cultures but this one takes it to a whole new level. Leadership, HR in particular, loves to boast about transparency but they are as transparent as mud. Survey results show a 98% approval rate, allowing you to showcase it in the company, but in the background, people are overworked, strongly exhibiting CMA behaviors, and trying to dodge the bullets sent their way. Why the high rating? I'm afraid to speak the truth, fearing repercussions. HR needs a gut job and the CEO needs to open his eyes more to what is happening!
