- Delicious snacks - Honorable mission - Compensation is okay - Good work/life balance - Many smart and cool people (not in upper management)

- Too much drama - Terrible communication - Office is ugly and way out in the middle of nowhere - No recognition for people who deliver quality work on time - Upper management is extremely homogeneous, incompetent, and secretive
