Working with email, software, and generally being able to do everything on the computer is very nice. Also it is easy to reach colleagues in person and via digital communications when needed for escalations etc and it feels like you always have a team available to work with you. Knowing that the customer service has real world impact with BioLife's products is always rewarding.

Not really any cons just definitely need to be organized and great with computers and communication to succeed.
