Can be long hours most days

Pay at first, until you are tasked to do more and not compensated more for it.

This place will overwork and underpay you. They won’t let go of you, but would rather keep you and talk about you behind your back and are happy when you leave on your own will. Leadership constantly talks negatively about employees they do not like, will pit others against one another. You will only be appreciated if you are in their inner circle. Very cult/clique like workplace. No room for real profession growth.
