There are no downsides so far

The people are great and you get exposure to a wide range of interesting people/industry problems

Everyone is visionary, but few are operational. Accountabilities are lax, people don't know how to handle conflict, and managers tend not to manage, so if you are very achievement oriented, might not be the best fit.
