This company has gone through immense growing pains. There have been several changes in leadership and the work culture is now very team oriented focused on customer and employee satisfaction. The people in this company all work very hard and really care about each other.

A lot of change has happened over the last year which is typical of a small company however can create a sense of instability.

Questionable ethics More politics than most companies - coming from management who are not trustworthy Sales team does not have the knowledge to sell the equipment, they are lazy and badly managed The departments blame each other when sales are not up - really big blame culture.
