Co-workers, flexible hours, better than average pay and benefits for this part of the country, local management is pretty accessible, lots of employee appreciation gifts, food, parties (more in non-covid times.) Mistakes are more or less treated as systemic problems that should be fixed instead of just blaming people.

high intensity, too much multi-tasking... can be stressful

Awesome company to work for. Innovative products and a great team of people. Very long average tenure of employees. Tells you something about how good of a company it is to work for.

As with any company like this there can be some disconnect between product development and marketing and the people in the field that are interfacing with the company on a daily basis.
