Vantaggi
I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Compensation was well below industry standards for the workload and expectations. Leadership was disorganized and ineffective, and decisions often felt disconnected from the reality of what employees and patients were dealing with day to day.
The company’s handling of mass layoffs was especially demoralizing. Communication was cold and impersonal, which left many employees feeling undervalued and disposable. Management frequently relied on scripts instead of transparency, and there was little empathy shown during a very difficult time for staff.
Operationally, the company struggles badly. Turnaround times for intake, calling patients, and submitting authorizations are unreasonably slow, creating stress for employees and frustration for patients and partners. Communication across departments is inconsistent at best and often nonexistent, which causes delays and errors.
Culture is another major issue. Advancement does not feel based on merit. It often seemed like family members or unqualified individuals were promoted into leadership positions, while experienced employees were overlooked. This created a toxic and discouraging environment where accountability was rarely applied fairly.
Benefits are subpar compared to other companies in the industry. There is little effort to invest in employee well-being, and morale reflects that. Many outside partners—physicians, hospital systems, and pharmaceutical representatives—appear dissatisfied as well, but continue working with the company due to lack of alternatives.
Overall, this is a poorly managed organization that takes advantage of its position in the market while neglecting both employees and partners. If you’re considering working here, proceed with caution.
