- The culture is very backwards for a manufacturer, expect days where you’re stood around doing nothing, complete lack of urgency - Company culture needs a top to bottom shake up, culture of fear mostly from the ‘first floor hierarchy’ - Lack of structure, no KPIs, lack of accountability for poorly performing staff members - No process for managing absence, people take time off sick like it’s an entitlement rather than a privilege - Far too many tiers of management, could easily be halved and halved again - Company is not willing to embrace better ways of working, stuck in their ways - High turnover of staff, mostly due to culture than pay
