The compensation was good. Some of the people were nice and very knowledgeable about the industry. R&D had really talented scientists, but many were let go in January 2025. Lots of teamwork and collaboration.

Heavy on the favoritism for promotions. Poor leadership and decision-making. Not enough scientists are left to do the work. The only thing that is keeping some people at the company is the terrible job market. Once the market improves, it will be a mass exodus. The new leaders are clueless about how to turn this sinking ship around. They laid off the good ones.
