-It is very difficult to get promoted for most people and it's not clear what is required to get a promotion. Pay increase after promotion is usually 5-10%, which is very low. -There are too many mid-level managers which makes it difficult to make decisions -People change managers too often which gives a sense of instability and uncertainty

Promotion policies can be limiting—there seems to be an informal rule that prevents employees from being promoted more than once in a year, even for high performers. Salary could be more competitive compared to market rates. Equipment and internal systems feel outdated and could benefit from modernization to improve efficiency.
