Going through some things - Recensione dipendente - Sr Product Manager presso Biogen

The company is going through challenging times and trying to right-size the organization. Layoffs every 3 weeks or so has been a morale killer and quite stressful for employees as they don't know who was let go until the email bounces back. Wondering every 3 weeks if you still have a job is also ulcer inducing and very traumatic for everyone.
