My salary was very good

Extreme workload at the client companies, very little support from Biomapas. Work-life balance was non-existent. When I decided to leave after over 3 years, they were unwilling to issue a recommendation letter, despite very good feedback from the client. The letter I got from Biomapas after long discussions was a disgrace.

Very talented and capable people, Builds community. Pay is decent. Growing company, opportunities to learn. Good work-life balance.

No real career opportunities. You can get promoted to senior role, but internal movement is less likely than external hires to new positions. Even top management would simply get more accountabilities without the change in their roles or support.
