This is the first company that I have worked at where I feel heard and comfortable. In my previous jobs, my management didn't know I existed, but here I have been able to learn and grow with the company in the past few years because of the management and their vision and care not only for the company but its employees.

None that I can think of.

- Management and direction can kind of be all over - Was stressful seeing if we we're going to continue to get gov. contracts.
