No one knows their roles. No one could explain what was expected for me from my role. They are non compliant on almost every auditable function of the business. They have secret profit sharing groups. The purposefully keep job descriptions vague so you take on more tasks than expected or than you can handle. A constant backlog of tasks because employees keep leaving. Management has used layoffs as a way to correct finances instead of attacking the root cause of the situation. No bonuses in over a year. Something needs to change in the management structure for this company to become a success.
