Great work environment! Exciting and diverse projects. They give you the freedom to explore different design concepts and work in both an independent and collaborative manner as needed.

There's no place to get lunch

The work can be very fun and challenging. Opportunity to work for large clients on a range of projects. Rarely have to stay late at night.

The office environment can be overly casual, with far too much inappropriate conversation. Not much advancement potential.
