This job can be very rewarding as long as your vision for employment is not focused solely on money. The management is focused on making sure BIOS is person centered and that includes being person centered with staff. The CEO is focused and a part of the company, The COO is beyond supportive and interactive with making sure staff feel welcome and appreciated.
