None that I can think about to be honest. The product works fine and users + buyers like it.

Management is out of touch in many aspects. Culture is toxic. Finger pointing, public shaming, yelling. No one needs to be in an environment like that. No support to new hires or long standing employees out of the very minimal. No processes in place, no structure (and a strong hostility coming from management to put in place new processes that they don't like). You might hear words like 'biotronics family' that feel like 'we're in this together' but those are just words that are never translated in any support for anyone. No view on what';s coming up. The product roadmap is non existent, the work is organised project by project. CEO and CTO are the only depositaries of the direction and roadmap and they fail to communicate it (probably because there is none, it's all based on reaction to customer threats). Salaries a low. Work hours are long. Upper management has a culture of only speaking/listening to a handful of people that they deem adequate.

Fundamental Deficiencies in Leadership: Upper management exhibits a profound lack of foundational leadership and organizational management capabilities. Opaque Internal Communication: There is a critical breakdown in top-down communication; strategic direction and operational updates from the executive level are next to none. Absence of HR Integrity and Oversight: Human Resources functions purely nominally, failing to provide a safe reporting structure. Toxic behaviors and workplace bullying from senior leadership are routinely tolerated and institutionally shielded. Severe Role Overburdening and Attrition Culture: Due to chronic understaffing, employees are forced to absorb multiple distinct roles. This unsustainable workload predictably drives burnout and mental fatigue. Rather than receiving support, overextended staff are treated as liabilities, with leadership actively engineering strategies for their termination.
