They make you feel welcome. An upcoming startup. Into hardware, software and services. Well funded by parent company for now, not sure when that will vanish.

Management is desperate to make profits but have no clear direction or idea on how to do it. Spoiler alert: Managers to technical resources is 2:1, hence expect office politics. Very poisonous and negative environment to work. Not good pay masters, no defined appraisal cycle. No hikes or bonuses. No transparency on management decisions. Anyone can be let go any time, no job security.

- management are nice people - almost everyone is given the director title - casual and relaxed environment - pretty decent work life balance until sh*t hits the ceiling

- management inexperienced to lead a startup company - lack sense of direction - staff duped into joining with minimal pay with unachievable targets - lack of career progression - no budget for training - no bonus, no increment - money is very tight - unstable and at risk of getting laid off anytime
