In my experience, the work environment at this company can be quite challenging, particularly for women. It appears that preferential treatment is given to a select group of individuals, which creates an atmosphere of favoritism. Unfortunately, this has led to feelings of exclusion and unwelcomeness for others, myself included. This lack of professionalism is disheartening and has likely contributed to the high turnover rate within the operations team at NAB. It is regrettable that the leadership does not foster a more inclusive and respectful workplace.

Great company to work for, great people.

It seems that People know at the back of their minds that the company may let them go at anytime they wanted for no reason whatsoever and with no warnings or notice even if they gave them a sterling performance and the best work they can give and no matter how much time you gave to them. No recognition for great performance and no opportunity for advancement. I personally got stuck in my position for so many years and inspite of my efforts to apply for management positions whenever they opened up, it appeared that Mamagement already had their mind made up and got people from outside instead. So much for rewarding employee loyalty and efforts.
