They provide accommodation near to the factory in a township which is a calm and quiet place.Coworkers are friendly and sympathetic. There is a good working environment in the factory with almost no exposure to pollutants. Also, steps have been taken to control the noise pollution within the factory.

Chasing deadlines. The factory and the township is located far from city which is a little inconvenience because one needs to drive to the market for little essential things. The life is quite stagnant and monotonous because of the lack of recreational activities.
