The bubble burst wasn’t just the exuberance of the Internet, but the failure to develop working projects because they couldn’t keep consistent engineers. Bit-Wizards was formed to create a great place for engineers. A commitment to getting good equipment, investing in training, social & stress relieving activities. By focusing on the engineer the developer would stay loyal and do great work which would keep clients coming back and the company would benefit. It is a great three way symbiotic relationship. In a field where turn over occurs nearly every two years Bit-Wizards boast engineers who have been with the company for 10 years and more. Cool projects are specifically sought to keep the engineers challenged and interested.
