Vantaggi
This isn’t a place for everyone, and I mean that in a good way. It’s a startup, which means things move fast, expectations are real, and you’re trusted to own your work.
In past roles, I’ve done good work and contributed to results, but I’ve never felt this level of trust, support, or genuine listening. Here, my work actually shapes day-to-day decisions and longer-term direction.
I work with colleagues who are far more experienced than me — people who’ve built and scaled at Fortune 500 companies and successful startups — and they’re generous with their knowledge. I’ve also had the chance to sit in rooms with industry leaders I never would’ve imagined meeting a year ago.
The learning curve is steep, and honestly, it’s hard to fully articulate how much I’ve learned in such a short time. But if you’re someone who wants responsibility, growth, and to be treated like an adult who’s trusted to figure things out, this has been an incredibly rewarding place to be.
Svantaggi
We’re a global team, which means communication isn’t always perfect. Language differences, tone, time zones, and cultural norms can sometimes create friction or misunderstandings. It’s not something you can avoid — you have to own it, communicate clearly, and be open to learning how others work (and expect the same in return).
