If you’re not into transparency in work and being part of a challenging (in a healthy way) team, this environment wouldn’t suit you.

From day one the welcoming feeling you get walking through the doors of BitLyft has been impressive. Team leadership goes out of their way to make sure that you know that you are appreciated for the hard work you put in. The company culture is embraced from the top down. In my professional life I have never been a part of a team that is as competent and intelligent as the team at BitLyft. They have motivated me to continually push myself to be better.
