Words simply cannot describe how horrible this place is. Childish management & leadership. A pure chaos. Constant verbal humiliation and screaming is not a surprise here. All employees are under tremendous amount of stress and anxiety. Unrealistic long hours (we are talking wee hours here), low compensation, and unexplained pay gap. Everyone is suffering mentally. I’v have expectations of the Chinese company work culture prior but this is just beyond imagination.
