Lack of diversity across all communities, and no resources to promote an inclusive or open workplace. Senior leadership is heavily reactive, which means there is no long-term vision for the company. It seems as though the Live team portion of BitTorrent will be a sell-off - just as with Sync earlier this year (which became the company Resilio). It's unclear what the future holds for uTorrent, and BitTorrent, as a whole. It may not be around for much longer.
