Thank you for the feedback. We appreciate it as it gives us a chance to discuss, learn and improve. We too think we have an amazing group of employees and as a company we work hard to create a strong culture because we feel it’s essential to helping employees thrive. As the company continues to grow we are excited to welcome many new joiners, and will continue to learn as much as we can from those who leave. As a mostly remote workforce we agree that an exceptional on boarding program is key in the success of new employees. We’ve put a lot of consideration into our onboarding programs and in the last few months we’ve made significant changes to the process which has shown positive results.
