4yHello there, based on what you’ve shared, it sounds like your time with us wasn’t as positive as either of us would have liked, and for that we are sorry. We wanted to take the time to address some of your comments here. Our Pandas well-being is imperative and working around the clock is not what we promote at all. Boundaries must be respected and a healthy work-life balance implemented for everyone. Our Pandas are our most valued assets and Bitpanda wouldn’t be what it is without each and every one of you. We work in a scale-up environment and that means that things can move fast and change quickly but working overtime certainly isn’t the norm and should never come at the expense of our team-members' well-being.
While we are scaling up and growing our business, leadership and communication are a point of attention. We are actively working on improving these areas by providing managers with training and improving our performance management processes. We do encourage self-steering in our work and we empower our Pandas to create their own path with guidance. Over the summer we conducted another round of our 360 feedback cycle and development conversations and this is the perfect opportunity for people to discuss their career goals directly with their manager.
