At Bitpanda, we always strive to create an environment that gives our employees the chance to create their own path with strong guidance from team leaders and other team members as support. We’re sorry to hear that your experience with us was different than we would have both hoped. As a result of our hypergrowth, you were placed in a new team which was without a dedicated, on-the-ground leader. We can imagine that was frustrating, despite our best attempts from senior team members to support your onboarding. We acknowledge that team leaders absolutely need to be in place to offer that much-needed guidance, and going forward, we have already taken steps to make sure that this is implemented for the future.
