Great place to work and grow. Good work life balance, would go back any time.

Growing pains, but going to another company every company has them.

One of the best company culture's I have ever been apart of. They care about their employees by creating a positive work life balance and cultivating an environment that inspires everyone forward. There are so many opportunities in regards to growth, and in my time I have been able to work with people that have propelled my career for the better.

I think the traditional benefits coming from the US such as health care provided is still a work in progress. However, they have a solution that works and are very generous in terms of PTO and sick leave when needed.
