If you are reading this I strongly recommend you try to find other options, because better, for sure there are many of them. The culture is toxic. Most of people are not transparent. Strong top-down mindset. CEO-down. He try to participate in de details of each team and isn’t capable to execute well his role empowering the team. The remote first and salary don’t worth the stress and the harm for your mental-health. I just recommend any other company
