Bitwarden is all remote and does a fine job at onboarding and getting new people ramped up. Just about everyone I have met has been nothing but welcoming and helpful. You have the occasional ego to deal with, but nothing to the point that it gets in the way of doing good work and keeping the company, product, and community as the priorities. The people here are sharp and passionate and the leadership is solid and dedicated. They pay is fair and the best part is the remote nature. From what I hear, that's not changing ever.

It's still a small team with ambitious goals. It's growing at a steady rate, but most people do the work that another company has more headcount for. More tools to be used in this type of environment to automate and be efficient, which isn't a bad thing. The company invests in itself and is not a bad thing either, but more investment in the employees with growth plans and leveling up would be better.
