Onsite Review : Very less salary compared to laterals and to contractors hired at onsite Too much pressure on people who come from offshore , offshore management , onsite engagement , client IDs increase , get more projects , value-adds , updates etc. Why expect all this only from low paid people you have brought from offshore Expect more from people whom you pay more , laterals enjoy here and don't take any work nor they are asked for ever Nil management , no awards/rewards/recognition for hard working people Comp off policy is not good Low 401k benefits Too high insurance plans
