This organization has serious leadership, financial, and ethical issues. 1) There is no proper management. Developers are managed by people with no technical background, leading to poor planning and unrealistic expectations. 2) HR is not independent or professional. Policies related to leave and work-from-home change arbitrarily based on management convenience. 3) Salaries are delayed by 1.5–2 months on a regular basis, with no prior notice or transparency. 4) Employee feedback is ignored. Raising valid concerns or suggestions has no impact on decisions. 5) Work-life balance does not exist. Employees are expected to work until 3–4 AM, yet are questioned if they come late the next day. 6) Zero job security. Employees are openly told that salaries depend on client payments and that payment will be made only when money comes in. 7) Serious misuse of the probation period. Employees are terminated during probation citing financial crisis or lack of funds. Probation is used as a tool to avoid accountability. 8) No quality of work or learning. The focus is on fast delivery using AI tools, with no emphasis on engineering standards or professional growth. 9) Increments are repeatedly promised but never delivered. Employees are told that increments will be given “once new projects come”, but despite continued work and delivery, no increments are processed. 10) Online ratings are misleading. Employees are pressured to submit 5-star reviews, which do not reflect the real working conditions. 11) Unethical exit practices. If an employee resigns mid-month, salary is deducted for the days actually worked, and the experience letter reflects the previous month’s last date instead of the actual resignation date. Advice to Job Seekers: Please be extremely cautious. Do not trust promises or online ratings. There are far better and more stable opportunities available.
