In my personal experience, employees felt easily replaceable and job security was low, with people leaving or being let go suddenly. Management style often felt intimidating rather than supportive, which created constant pressure instead of growth. Targets and KPIs seemed inconsistent across teams, which many colleagues perceived as unfair and directly impacting salary outcomes. Compensation expectations did not always align with reality, and bonus structures lacked clarity. WORST PART: BizAway very often used legal threats toward former employees, especially if they moved to competitors, with disputes connected to bonuses or final paychecks!!
