No lead generation necessary. Good education and training from the compliance guy for new agents, though there is definitely a trade-off. Good benefits, except for that time they didn’t pay the renewal on time :/ .

While hard to notice when first starting this company, they definitely have an Illegal compensation plan and refuse to do anything about it. This company will not last at the current rate. Zero transparency for cancellations deducted from pay or even a proper stub itemization. Definitely keep your own records and double check everything you can. Day to day oversight is overbearing and will micro-monitor every second of your day. You will not have the independence to expand your sales because he dictates above and beyond legal requirements to control everything you do. Very different from any other sales environment. Even Bathroom breaks that run a little long can lead to a reprimand. You get one 30 min break and two 15 min breaks; which is legal but unlike the 1 hour and two 15 mins you get anywhere else. You will be reprimanded in front of other employees to humiliate you and then witness a temper tantrum occasionally. Segregated work duties for the sexes. Refusal to hire women on the sales team. Run from this company if you need a healthy work environment and fair pay.
