-Fun, Quirky & creative atmosphere. The general feel is that they're a values-driven business which they don't always achieve but management do endeavour to achieve. The hiring team (my experience was with the UK but applies throughout) who have done well to build a vibrant team that compliments the company culture although it seems their recruitment & culture needs a bit of work regarding diversity & inclusion. - Flexible Working. The expectation is that you get your work done. If you need to do the school run or take the kids to football etc, you aren't micromanaged - typically so long as you are getting your work done and working the hours you've been contracted, it's fine. - You always feel supported & have access to the full support & brainpower of the team if you get stuck on anything - Role flexibility. Not only are you able to grow & change as you develop and learn but they'll support you doing so and within reason try to match your engagements to your preferences. Training grants etc which you're free to spend as you please (justifiably) get a special shout-out here. I've not been given opportunities as lucrative as this in other companies I've worked. - Great benefits. Biztory has clearly put a lot of thought into staff benefits to ensure they're well rounded between work & life to make for happier, healthier, smarter consultants. However, remuneration and career progression does not seem to follow this pattern (see cons).

- It's a really nice company to work for so it's difficult to type cons but Biztory could really do better at structuring staff growth and paying competitively. A lot of effort has gone into company growth but staff career progression & salary progression seems to have fallen by the wayside. At present a competitive salary is only viable after being recruited out of a well paying external role and realistically the only way to increase your salary once you're in is to pass exams. This isn't a good way to retain staff as they'll quickly fall behind the market. I'd score Biztory poorly here were compensation not redeemed by other factors elsewhere (such as culture, benefits & role flexibility and talent development). - Biztory is a young company that has expanded quickly. As such, there seems to be a slight element of disarray which seems to be being addressed, proactively & retroactively but change is slow and there isn't great visibility on such matters.
