No proper management is startup

My friends and co-workers are always friendly, helpful and working hard. I always feel I can approach anyone in the company for advice, help or just to chat. Whenever I have ideas for improving anything I always get the chance to put it across and if it's valid I've always had the change to implement it. Then there are the benefits like free gym, parking, AMAZING free food & proper coffee! The job has been genuinely life-changing for me and I love what I do every day.

I can't think of anything currently that I think is a negative.
