I'm sorry to hear that your review included that you would not recommend Black Box. While I agree that our PTO is a great benefit (above average), I am sorry that you got the sense we lay off a lot of people each year. Over the past 6 quarters our involuntary turnover has averaged less than 4%. I'm pleased to say that even through COVID, the vast majority of employees that were put on furlough are back at work serving our customers, which is great!
