This is a private country club that is the highest class in the area. The members are great and the restaurant staff is better. I have never seen such teamwork. Everyone works together for a common goal.

One of the biggest cons which may be a pro as well is that services charges are included or tacked on, depending on member's level. No daily tips, it is divided among all employees according to hours and functions worked although the amount comes out good on the pay check.

It is a good company, and I have a good boss.

I do not get paid a lot.
