Avoid this place. Abusive environment with zero communication. Management is awful. They regularly let people go without warning. They will make something up like not meeting expectations (they dont tell you what those expectations are) or looking for different skills 'outside the company'. This has been at least a dozen people, not isolated. Founder regularly yells f bombs to employees, at larger meetings and makes generic threats. Strategy changes every week probably because they cant stay focused for more than 5 minutes and complete anything. Why even deal with it, for below market rates?
